MLI is proud to have initiated some two years ago probably the finest talent best
practice group in the world! Participants, who meet quarterly, are typically Heads of
Talent or OD from organisations such as Google, BP, Virgin Atlantic, Unilever, Xerox,
Microsoft, GSK, The Environment Agency, Goldman Sachs, The Cabinet Office and a
handful of others. Entry to this group is by invitation only. So why mention it? Because
we thrive on the continuous learning this group generates and which we incorporate
into the services and solutions we offer all our clients.
